LeaseAlarm legal information
Subscription and cancellation
This page explains the free trial, paid plans, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
Last updated: 12 August 2026 · LeaseAlarm is operated by Global 22 Pty Ltd.
30-day free trial
Your trial starts after you save your first lease or other business record. You do not need a card. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan and you will not be charged when it ends.
Before the trial ends
LeaseAlarm plans to email the account owner 7, 3 and 1 days before the trial ends and on the final day. The app also shows the trial end date. We cannot promise every email will arrive.
After the trial
If no paid plan is active, editing and reminders pause. You can still view, download or delete your information, and the owner can choose a plan later.
Prices and renewal
Prices shown in Australian dollars are A$39 monthly or A$299 yearly. Checkout shows the final price, currency, tax, payment method and renewal details before payment. A paid plan renews for the chosen period until cancelled.
How to cancel
Cancel through the place where you subscribed. Website plans are cancelled in LeaseAlarm. Apple or Google plans are cancelled through that store. Deleting the app does not cancel a store plan.
After cancellation
Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid access continues until then. The plan page will show the expected end date. You can still download or delete your information.
Refunds or payment problems
Refund and cancellation rights required by Australian Consumer Law, the law where you live or the payment provider still apply. Otherwise, changing your mind or forgetting to cancel does not automatically create a refund. Contact support quickly about a duplicate or incorrect charge.
