LeaseAlarm legal information
Account deletion instructions
This page explains how to download your information and ask for an account to be deleted.
Last updated: 12 August 2026 · LeaseAlarm is operated by Global 22 Pty Ltd.
Download what you need first
Before asking for deletion, download anything your organisation needs to keep. After the seven-day safety period and final cleanup, deletion cannot be undone.
Ask for deletion in LeaseAlarm
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, then type DELETE in capital letters and confirm the request. LeaseAlarm waits seven days so an accidental request can be cancelled.
Delete only some information
You can delete individual records, dates, tasks, notes and documents inside LeaseAlarm without deleting your account. Open the item you want to remove and use its delete action. Information that must be kept for payment, fraud, security, dispute or legal reasons may remain for the period explained in the Privacy policy.
If you cannot sign in
Email leasealarm@gmail.com. Support must confirm your identity and authority before changing or deleting an account. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Owners and team members
An owner’s request removes the organisation and its records after the safety period. A team member’s request normally removes that person’s access while keeping records owned by the organisation and access to any other organisation they belong to.
What is deleted
Active account links, signed-in sessions, customer records and private files within the approved request are removed. If cleanup is interrupted, it must try again safely. A small record that does not identify the customer may remain to prove deletion finished.
What may need to remain
Some payment, tax, fraud, security, dispute or legal records may need to remain. Deleted information may stay in protected backups until they expire, but it will not be returned to normal use.
Confirmation
LeaseAlarm confirms when a deletion request is received, cancelled and completed. Information in protected backups is removed when those backups expire and is not returned to normal use.
