Is LeaseAlarm live yet?
LeaseAlarm provides customer accounts, secure sign-in and private storage. Forwarding, email reminders and subscriptions are connected. Available inbox connections and automatic reading options depend on your platform and current access.
What can LeaseAlarm help me track?
You can organise bills, subscriptions, insurance, licences, leases, contracts, equipment, certificates and other important records. Available record types and features depend on your plan.
Can LeaseAlarm read a document for me?
Where automatic reading is available, it is optional. You choose whether to send selected content for suggestions, and you must check every result against the original.
What happens to my document during automatic reading?
Where automatic reading is available, it is optional. When you choose it or separately approve future matching supplier updates, selected email or document content and relevant record details may be sent securely to OpenAI to suggest details and dates. Images or scanned PDFs may also be sent to Google to read their text. Saved storage is switched off for the reading. OpenAI says it does not use information sent through its business service to train its models unless we choose to allow that. It may still keep a protected copy for up to 30 days to check for misuse. You must check every suggestion before it can be saved or used for a reminder.
Does LeaseAlarm give legal advice?
No. LeaseAlarm helps organise information and reminders. Always check the original document and speak with a qualified professional when needed.
When does the 30-day trial start?
Your 30 free days start after you add your first lease or other business record—not when you create the account.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. LeaseAlarm does not ask for a card during the trial and will not charge you automatically when it ends. The account owner chooses a paid plan only if the business wants to continue.
Can several people work together?
Yes. You can invite team members and choose what each person is allowed to see or change.
Will a reminder start automatically after a document is read?
No. A person must check and confirm a suggested date before a reminder can be turned on.
How is customer information stored?
Customer information is stored using secure AWS cloud services and protected with encryption. Only authorised people and approved services can access the information they need. The Privacy policy explains what may be shared and why.
