LeaseAlarm legal information
Regional privacy rights
Your privacy rights may differ depending on where you live. This page gives a simple overview.
Last updated: 12 August 2026 · LeaseAlarm is operated by Global 22 Pty Ltd.
Rights available to everyone
LeaseAlarm aims to let every user ask for access, correction and deletion, receive clear information, make a complaint and expect reasonable security. Local law may give you more rights or require a faster response.
Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
If GDPR, United Kingdom GDPR or Swiss privacy law applies, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and a complaint to your privacy regulator. You may object to direct marketing at any time. LeaseAlarm does not make decisions with legal or similarly serious effects without meaningful human involvement.
For account, billing, security and support information, Global 22 Pty Ltd normally decides how the information is used. For records controlled by a business customer, that customer normally makes those decisions and LeaseAlarm handles the information for it. Legal terms may call these roles controller and processor.
United States
If a state privacy law applies, you may be able to ask what we know about you, get a copy, correct or delete it, limit some uses, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, appeal a refusal or use an authorised agent. LeaseAlarm does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
We may collect account details, customer records and documents, plan information, device and service activity, approximate location from network information, support messages and security information. We keep it only for the reasons and time periods explained in the Privacy policy.
Canada
If Canadian privacy law applies, we will explain why information is needed, ask for meaningful consent where required, collect only what is reasonable, protect it and provide access, correction and a complaint process.
Brazil
If Brazil’s LGPD applies, you may be able to confirm whether we hold information, get a copy, correct it, ask for blocking or deletion where allowed, move it, learn who receives it, withdraw consent, ask for review of certain automatic decisions and complain to the ANPD.
New Zealand
If New Zealand privacy law applies, you may ask for access and correction and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Overseas sharing must use the protection required by New Zealand law.
Other countries and how to ask
People elsewhere may use the rights in the Privacy policy plus any stronger right under local law. Email leasealarm@gmail.com and tell us which right you want to use and your country or state. We may need to confirm your identity and authority. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes or private documents.
