Creating an account
Global 22 Pty Ltd (ABN 46 620 610 120) collects your name, email address, sign-in details, organisation choice and record that you accepted the terms. We need this to create and protect your account.
Using LeaseAlarm
We collect the records, documents, dates, reminder choices, team activity, plan information, support messages and security information needed to run and protect the service. Another authorised team member may add some of this information.
Automatic document reading
Where automatic reading is available, it is optional. If you choose it or separately approve future matching supplier updates, selected email or document content and relevant record details may be sent securely to OpenAI to suggest details for you to check. Images or scanned PDFs may also be sent to Google to read their text. The Privacy policy explains how this information is handled.
Who may receive information
Authorised team members and approved companies may receive only the information needed for sign-in, AWS cloud hosting and storage, email, document reading, payments, app stores, support, security, system checks and backups. Some providers may handle limited information in countries where they operate.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy, correction or deletion, object to some uses, withdraw consent or make a complaint.
